RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please read over my online store policies before placing you place an order:

 

USA Shipping -

Shipping is paid for by the buyer unless otherwise noted in the listing

We will ship your item within 2-3 days after payment has been confirmed

In some cases, larger items may take up to 4 business days to ship  

We are dedicated to making sure that your item is packaged well.  

 

International Shipping - We do not offer International Shipping on this item.

Payment - We accept PayPal. Contact us if you have any questions.

 

Returns -

Due to the nature of the items we sell and the high cost of shipping, we do not offer returns. Please address any concerns or questions before placing your order! We are happy to answer any questions for you. If your item arrives damaged we require pictures to be sent to us through email messages so that we may submit them to the insurer.

 

Please note, all of our packages are insured.

We do not issue partial refunds for any reason. This is due to high levels of fraud pertaining to the request for a partial refund. In some cases you may be asked to return the item prior to us issuing a refund for damage.
